Systems and Capabilities

Self feed wire forming machine. Manipulation metallic wire up to 19mm thick, to a tolerance of +/- 1 Degree.
CNC water and grit jet cutter. ability to cut through materials up to 300mm thick at a tolerance of +/- 0.02mm
Pressing and staged tooling. light to heavy pressing, up to 140T. Blanking, piercing, bending, forming, forging and trimming.

EDM Spark Erosion
We use Electrical Discharge Machining to work on difficult metals.
These include Monel, Titanium, Tool Steel, Tungsten Carbide, Tantalum, Super Duplex and Inconel.
We also have the supportive equipment required to offer a range of other services. From full refurbishment, heat treatment, full plate work, and fabrication; to in depth inspection work fit for multiple industries.
